Cole Combs
Cole Combs is an experienced trial attorney who graduated from the Baylor University School of Law in 2014. Mr. Combs helps run the construction defect litigation practice in Texas for Wilson Reeder & Zudar. His legal background is diverse, ranging from real estate litigation to construction defect litigation. Mr. Combs presides on the committee in Texas that oversees the publication of Texas Real Estate Forms. He is also well versed in the Texas Residential Construction Liability Act, which almost all homeowner construction litigation claims proceed under
Mr. Combs took an unusual path to the law in that his first career was as an infantryman in the US Army from 2000 – 2010. After being honorably discharged in 2010, he attended Clarendon College and West Texas A&M where he received his bachelor’s degree.
Mr. Combs is available to meet clients in our Houston office by appointment or is happy to conduct Zoom meetings, phone calls or even in-person appointments at the client’s home if necessary.
